Our hire times are fixed so we can deliver a reliable service for everyone.
Day hire: 6:30 am – 4:30 pm Monday to Friday, 7:30 am – 3:30 pm Saturday
Sunday: Closed. Sunday hires are picked up Saturday at 3:30 pm and returned Monday at 6:30 am.
Yes — your machine and spare jerry can come full of fuel and must be returned full. If not, a refuelling fee will apply.
Yes please clean the machine before returning it, unless you have no water access on-site. If cleaning is required, we charge $35/hr, billed at the end of the hire.
It’s up to the hirer to check weather conditions beforehand. If rain stops your work, we don’t offer refunds, but we’re happy to credit you time to reschedule later. The machine must still be returned clean and refuelled — standard charges apply if not.
If you damage a hydraulic hose (other than normal wear and tear), you’ll need to arrange repairs through a qualified hydraulic technician. Any lost hire time due to damage is the hirer’s responsibility.
If the machine isn’t returned by close of business and you haven’t organised an extension, we’ll try to contact you. If another booking is affected, you’ll be charged for an extra day. If you need more time, let us know and we can arrange an extension — you can pay this when you return the machine or over the phone beforehand.
No license is required. Our machines are user-friendly, and we provide all necessary training.
